Dogs sleep where they are comfortable.
We want your dog’s stay to feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. Depending on their normal routine and what they prefer, that might be a human bed, a couch, a dog bed, or their own crate if crating is already part of their routine.
We don’t assign dogs a place to sleep. They settle in wherever they are most comfortable.

Eligibility
Is Home Boarding right for your dog?
Dogs should generally be:
- Housebroken
- Comfortable with other dogs
- Safe around our resident cats
Daycare and boarding are generally reserved for spayed or neutered dogs. Limited exceptions may be considered case by case based on age, temperament, group compatibility, and household fit. Unspayed females cannot attend while in heat.
Dogs should generally be 1 year or older. Younger dogs may be considered individually based on temperament, maturity, and fit with the group.

Boarding takes place at our Hudson home, so it is open to families outside our walking and drop in towns as well.
What is home boarding like?
Boarding dogs stay with us in our Hudson home and are part of the household for their visit, following our everyday routine. Dogs sleep where they are comfortable, and a dog’s own crate is used when crate sleeping is already part of their normal routine. It is a real home environment rather than a traditional kennel.
Where will my dog sleep?
Wherever they are most comfortable. Depending on their normal routine and preference, that might be a human bed, a couch, a dog bed, or their own crate if crating is already part of their routine.
Will my dog be around other animals?
Yes. Our resident dogs share the home, and we also have resident cats. Boarding dogs need to be comfortable with other dogs and safe around cats.
Do you recommend a trial stay?
Sometimes. After the Meet & Greet, we may recommend a trial stay to make sure boarding is a good fit for your dog.
What vaccinations are required?
Dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations, with veterinary documentation provided before service. Documented veterinarian advised medical exemptions may be considered case by case.
