Daycare

Daycare at Wholesome Hounds takes place in a home environment, not a traditional kennel. Dogs enjoy structured activity, supervised interaction, rest periods, and plenty of attention. We keep group sizes small to ensure a positive experience.

Best for:

• Dogs who enjoy companionship in a home setting
• Dogs who don’t do well in kennel environments
• Dogs who benefit from routine and supervision

Pricing: Daycare rates start at $40 per day.

Drop-In Visits

Drop-in visits provide care in the comfort of your pet’s own home. Visits may include feeding, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and medication administration as needed.

Vacation care note: A minimum of three drop-in visits per day is required while you’re away to ensure consistent care and monitoring.

• Pets most comfortable at home
• Cats or dogs who don’t require overnight care
• Families traveling short- or long-term

Pricing: Drop-in visits start at $30 per visit, with vacation care typically structured as daily packages.

Kennel-Free Boarding

Kennel-free boarding is offered in our family home for dogs who thrive in a home-based setting. We keep boarding capacity limited and focus on routine, comfort, and individualized attention.
